CONTINGENCY SEARCH

This type of recruitment involves the classic methods: file search, advertising, referrals, etc., all at our expense. The Client Company has no financial obligation beyond the travel expenses for candidates that they actually interview, until such time as they extend an offer of employment to the candidate and the offer is accepted. At that time, we will bill the Client Company in accordance with our Professional Service Schedule.

RETAINED SEARCH

This concept is designed for hard-to-find technical specialists and middle to upper level management personnel. It is designed to provide our clients with the benefits of an executive search program, but on a controlled expense basis. It requires a retainer and often some special advertising, travel and modest entertainment expenses. Upon satisfactory completion of the engagement, the client is billed, with the retainer credited against our service charge.

CONTRACT SERVICES

CONTRACT INTERIM SERVICES - More and more firms are using contract employees to accomplish short-term projects, rather than hire full-time employees. It is common to find engineering, manufacturing, financial, and even executive level personnel working on a short-term contracting basis. The typical short-term contract can run from several days to twelve months or more.
